In the mean time, here's trial one of my id badges. I'd like to do something with the edges, but couldn't figure out what to do.

Because i think you might take it to far! Erik, looks good. May i suggest rounding the corners? and adding an outer line? possibly blue.

I'll need to figure out how...Hmm, rounding the corners may be simple enough, however, I'm not sure how to add a border though.

Well I tried to copy the way the old 1920s British passport looked like ( the Old Blue ) since I couldn't find a good enough photo of one open online. They were all low res so I tried to make my own. Its nearly the same... Btw does anyone recognize the guy from my "passport" and the name I use for my character? What movie is he from eh? Let's see how well you know Russian cinema

The only remotely Russian thing I know about is the STALKER series, but I'm going to throw out a random guess and say it was the STALKER movie...

Well yeah Stalker is based on the "Roadside Picnic" novel by the Strugatski brothers. It's a very special book, if you have a chance and find it read it! I promise its very good. As for the guy, he is called Konstantin Khabenskiy, most notorious in Russia for his parts in Nightwatch, Daywatch and the current Hollywood "Wanted" movie based on the comic books with the same name. He was the guy with the exploding mice lol
