[OOC: That's alright mate. I feel sorry for their characters but it seemed they would never write here again. Alone is better, thus I only have to wait for a GM not everyone to write their part.] Anton stood there a long time after he had barricaded everything beyond the only window that led to a ladder, currently locked in place and raised. Thankfully the undead would not be able to climb sheer walls unless they were very special undead indeed. He knew he had to lay low and make no noise. He had heard the noise outside, the shots and the sudden crash and as much as he hated to admit it he didn't feel compelled to check up on Draco and Connie. He hoped they were alright but somehow knew that wasn't likely. He decided to keep watch on the street since he couldn't afford sleep, not with all the undead in the neighborhood. He tried to see if any of the living corpses were more active at day or night. This wasn't the first night of his life where he had to spend many sleepless hours. The war had taught him better than to let his guard down. He would leave in the morning after at least his body has rested.

GM[/u]
As Anton sat there watching the undead's movements throughout the small area he could see, he noticed that they were in fact more active at night. There wasn't a big difference, but a noticeable one. In fact it was just a small surge in the pack sizes as the sun set, casting a yellow glow over the decimated city. The undead were roaming around in the streets around the building Anton was taking refuge in. So far none had noticed his presence as they slowly drifted away like ghosts in the mist. As the sun was replaced by the moon, off in the distance another type of light could be seen. It was the militarized zone which was accompanied by the flashes of gunshots. More than likely it was under attack yet again. Anton sat there for several hours until he couldn't fight the sleep that was ever pressing in on him. Resting his chin on his chest, Anton fell asleep.
((ooc: 1) I am sorry for the delay in the GM. 2) I am sorry for the relatively unhelpfulness of this post.))
